Assistant to the Transport Manager

We wish to recruit an enthusiastic person who would like a career in a fast moving environment, with knowledge of the Lithuanian language
An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, reliable, personable individual to join our team
Based in our Operations & Logistics Department you will be assisting our Transport Manager with:
• Ensuring the transport operation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible
• Attending to administration and liaising between our drivers and the office
• Engineering
o Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles within the appropriate time-spans
o Procurement of parts required for repairs and servicing of our vehicles
o Maintain repair and servicing history for each vehicle
The ability to remain cheerful and maintain a friendly relationship with all, even when under pressure is essential.
Good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner is essential
We offer excellent terms and conditions, and good long term prospects. Training as appropriate will be provided
