Sales/Senior Negotiator required for our busy Ashford office to expand on our existing team.
Experience welcome but not essential as training and guidance will be provided. You will be working alongside our highly experienced and long established team in a busy and enjoyable environment. Our focus is to provide an excellent service to our clients, rather than obsessing over arbitrary sales targets.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be (amongst other responsibilities):
- Helping buyers with their search for a property
- Arranging viewings and Market Appraisals
- Keeping all parties updated during the sale/conveyancing process
You will need to have a strong ability to multi - task, lots of positive energy and work with the highest levels of integrity. Our focus is always on providing an excellent experience for our clients rather than arbitrary targets.
