The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a Refuse Loader for our client based in Sevenoaks.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Refuse Loader, you will be an essential part of our waste collection operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and loading refuse, recycling, and green waste onto collection vehicles.
- Assisting the driver in navigating routes and ensuring timely waste collection.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness during collection activities.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient waste collection processes.
- Upholding excellent customer service by interacting courteously with residents and addressing their inquiries.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday
07:00 - 15:00
£12.21 an hour
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
