Due to increased levels of business our client is looking for an additional person to join their shipping team. If you have experience within logistics, are looking for a local role and are looking for the next step in your career then this could be the job for you!
This varied and interesting role (where no two days will be same) will involve:
Working closely with the Shipping Manager to manage global logistics operations, dealing with relevant documentation
Liaising with the Accounts team, Shipping Department, and Traders to ensure seamless operations across the business
Dealing with queries over the phone and via email
Offering general support to teams across the business
and more.....
Experience within shipping/logistics is essential and a foreign language could be advantageous but isn't essential
