As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the administrative functions of the academy run efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- You will strategically manage :
reception staff, systems, and processes.
The right candidate
- Has a calm and professional manner
- Works well under pressure
- Works well in a team and individually
- Provides a professional welcome to all visitors as the first point of contact
- Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
- Ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
You will need to obtain a DBS if successful
Hours may vary so they need someone that can be flexible
