The Role
As IT Project Manager you will be a key player in the implementation of innovative solutions by managing IT projects to simplify, improve, and contribute to the improvement of IT processes (Commercial Website, Booking, Customs). You will ensure the success of our projects and their alignment with our strategic objectives.

Principal Accountabilities
• Manage several projects simultaneously, and carefully monitor the implementation and completion of requests and projects. 
• Lead a technical team of developers, technical leaders, and testers to produce the most suitable product. 
• Produce clear and detailed technical documents and reports. 
• Responsible for monitoring budgets and ensuring that financial and operational targets are met. 
• Lead specification and scoping workshops to facilitate clear and precise requirements. 
• Carry out a needs analysis and estimates of workload to ensure projects are relevant and appropriately sized. 
• Effectively lead steering committees to ensure strategic and operational alignment.  
• Coordinate the efforts of stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve common objectives. 
• To facilitate and promote change management, and the adaptation and acceptance of new solutions within the organisation. 
• Proactive in crisis management and able to provide rapid and appropriate solutions when required. 
• Understands the need for cybersecurity and makes sure that the solutions deployed comply with the highest security standards. 
• Maintain the coherence of the IT system architecture with the support of the architecture team and technical leaders. 
• Educated to a Degree Level in IT or Project Management. 
• Demonstrable experience working in IT, and Project Management. 
• Possess in-depth knowledge of web technologies and architectures, as well as strong functional and technical analytical skills. 
• Knowledge of Commercial and Transport sectors and regulated administrative processes would be an advantage. 
• The ability to communicate in French or another European Language is desirable but not essential, being able to have a technical or functional discussion in French is beneficial.
