The Listed Property Owners' Club (LPOC) is seeking an experienced Marketing
Manager to help lead the marketing of the company. They will help to develop
and execute the marketing strategy, introduce and integrate a comprehensive
range of marketing processes and systems, of this growing company in Hartlip, Kent.
The job role includes, but is not limited to:
- Raising the profile of LPOC and increasing the membership base
- Increasing the awareness of services and products offered by the Club, not
only to members but a wider audience
- Developing media contacts, and utilising PR skills to
achieving frequent and positive coverage across all available media
- Promoting the Club's national exhibitions and increasing attendance
- Creating content, copywriting and general marketing materials
- Actioning the day-to-day marketing activities of the Club including large
direct mail campaigns, print, email communications, website, etc
- Contributions to the Club's bi-monthly magazine
The candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability
to prioritise and manage a number of tasks and projects to meet the
marketing objectives. A desire to take initiative and the ability to work
within a team is also required, plus the ability to develop a strong
understanding of the customer base and brand guidelines.
Salary dependent on experience.
