Senior Administrator (Financial Services) - Orpington - Up to £35k DOE
Are you ready to take your Financial Services career to the next level? My client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their vibrant team in Orpington. If you have 4-5 years of Financial Services Admin experience, especially in handling investment portfolios, pensions, life assurance, and mortgages, this could be your next big move!
In this role, you won’t just be ticking boxes—you’ll be a vital part of the team, providing crucial support to financial planners. From setting up key client appointments to preparing detailed valuations and essential meeting documents, your proactive “can do” attitude will shine. You’ll be the go-to person for processing adviser instructions, updating the back-office system, and ensuring every file and case note is meticulously maintained.
Tech-savvy? You’ll fit right in! We need someone who’s confident with MS Office, Intelligent Office (essential), and platforms like Standard Life Wrap and Quilter Wrap. Working in a fast-paced environment means your strong communication skills will be essential in keeping the team aligned and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
