Our client, based in Paddock Wood, is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team and contribute to their financial efficiency and accuracy.

Management Accountant Day to Day of the Role:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
*Analysis of financial performance and contribution to cost control measures.
*Budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insight to support business decisions.
*Liaising with various departments to ensure financial best practices.
*Overseeing accounting operations, including ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
*Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
*Assisting with audits and resolving any discrepancies in financial reports.

Management Accountant Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
*Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management abilities.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable.
*Candidates should be within a commutable distance to Paddock Wood.
