Hybrid Credit Controller Position -

My client works with some of the most exciting brands in the industry. You’ll be part of a small, supportive accounts team, handling both credit control and general accounts tasks in a role that’s both varied and rewarding. Duties include....

Credit Control:
o Manage credit for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
o Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, and negotiate payment plans where necessary.
o Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, setting appropriate credit limits and terms.
o Prepare and present regular reports on credit control activities to the management team.

Accounts Assistance:
o Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
o Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
o Handle general queries from clients and internal teams, providing prompt and efficient support.
o Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to help maintain smooth financial operations.

You will have:
• Proven experience in credit control is essential. Experience with general accounting duties is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
• A stable and dependable professional who is committed to delivering high-quality work.
