Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum
Job Description:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the construction industry. The candidate should be either qualified or part qualified or QBE.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial operations throughout the project, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
* Ensure that the project is completed within budget.
* Work with contractors to ensure that they are paid on time and that their work is completed to a high standard.
* Manage cash flow by ensuring funds are available.
* Minimize financial risks associated with construction projects.
* Provide the tools and resources needed for financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Required Skills:
* Strong financial analysis and communication skills.
* Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
* Experience in the construction industry.
* Either qualified or part qualified or QBE.
