Experienced Surveyor required to work for a Refurbishment Company based in Rochester, Kent.
The company specialises in Refurbishment, Fit-Out and Dilapidation Contracts for Corporate clients within the Investment and Pension Fund Markets, working on Industrial units and office space.
The role is office based with site visits required. Contract values range between 30K to £2 Million. The ideal candidate must have experience and will be responsible for the financial management of various contracts, working closely with the Contract Managers. Duties to include subcontract negotiations, placing of formal order, maintaining the records of contract variations, reviewing cost value reports and assisting the Managing Director and Contracts Director in achieving the company’s aims.
The company has been established for 20 years and has a history of growth which we want to develop further with the assistance of a suitable candidate.
Salary £70,000 subject to experience.
The Position is Full Time, Office Based and Permanent.
