As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts payable, pricing orders, customer service, cashbook reconciliations. This role plays a vital part in the smooth operation of the finance department. Key Responsibilities will include:
• Processing invoices
• Coding and matching
• Statement reconciliations
• Managing the accounts inbox
• Pricing
• Dealing with customer queries
Candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
• Experience in a customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
