Lettings Consultant based in our busy Ashford office (Kent).
08:45 - 17:30 across five days a week, including Saturdays
Own car required, mileage expenses paid.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
-Registration and management of tenant and landlord details
-Setting up and terminating tenancies
-Inventories and check out reports
-Viewings and routine inspections
-Resolving maintenance issues in a timely, efficient manner
-Ensuring all regulatory obligations are met whilst providing excellent customer service.
Working within our long established team you will be part of a challenging but rewarding environment.
Experience preferred but not essential as support will be given.
