Busy and varied day-to-day role, focused on administering the smooth running of the company operations. Working alongside the Sales, Finance and Supply Chain function for all administrative processes, as part of a team.
Responsibilities might range:-
- Generating bespoke quotations and invoices
- Producing product application information or specifications documents, alongside Sales Managers
- Order processing
- Placing orders with suppliers and organising lead times
- Stock / inventory management - stock taking and forecasting alongside Supply Chain Manager
- and much more!
Super opportunity for someone with an enjoyment for a varied day-to-day role, using skills focused on accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and task prioritisation.
Ideal experience would include exposure to quoting / order processing / invoicing processes, or experience with supply chain / purchasing.
Could be a great role for someone seeking a more administrative focused position, with variety of daily duties.
Salary up to £30,000
+ benefits including company pension scheme & 25 days holiday+bank holidays
