Person Spec:
- Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, hands-on finance role.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and budget holders.
