Expanding their team, this a permanent Monday-Friday role, with full and personalised training; working as part of a company with a track record of developing staff from trainee to Director level.

Ideal experience for the role would be in recruitment, sales, account management, customer service, or similar… but it is open to all backgrounds for consideration- previous successful recruits have come from hospitality, estate agency, university, administration also!

Day-to-day you will be tasked with overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for existing, new and previous clients, through all stages of the process. You will receive training and support, but take leadership on relationships with clients and candidates; developing new clients, growing existing/new relationships, marketing and advertising, and managing the process forwards.

Working with established industry leaders – you will have ample access to support, and opportunity to challenge yourself and develop.

Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs

Tunbridge Wells offices, accessible easily by train, bus and car

Salary (£24-27000) + leading bonus scheme (monthly) = OTE y1 £35,000+; y2 £45,000,…
