Exciting new role in outskirts of Sevenoaks for an Accounts Administrator. This is a part time role Monday to Friday 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is happy to support the accounts department and office administration. We are looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties will include:
* Bank and supplier statement Reconciliations
* Input data into Sage50
* Processing expenses and invoices
* Sales and ledger duties such as accounts and order processing
* General admin duties such as creating shipping and packaging documents
* Book in collections with couriers
* Update the data base
* Handling of incoming calls and emails
* Reception duties
* Filing
* Ordering of stationary
About you:
* Experience with Sage50
* Accounts experience
* Experience with MS Teams
* Proficient in Excel (formula's and pivot tables)
* Excellent customer service
£12.50ph-£15.00ph (depending on experience)
