Accounts Assistant | Maidstone Kent | £30K – Fixed Term Contract
Our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone are looking to appoint a Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is responsible for supporting the Finance team, ensuring that all purchase and sales invoices are accurately recorded. Responsibilities include posting invoices, ensuring all sales invoices are recorded on various customer web portals. Specific projects will also be designated to the job-holder.
You will be responsible for:-
• Manage the sales ledger
• Processing sales invoices and credit notes
• Investigating any queries
• Processing receipts and allocating debt notes
• Sending statements to customers
• General credit control duties
You will need:-
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident and great communication skill
