Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our night shift team. As a Fulfillment Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate a forklift. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments by verifying documentation, labeling packages, and arranging transportation
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques
- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Quality Control – Thorough checks on all products handled, to ensure highest standards

Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques to prevent damage or loss
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for order processing and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
