Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic and successful team.
Main Duties:
* To provide outstanding customer service and support to customers,
* Responding to general business enquires and providing ongoing operational support
* To ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is included and kept up to date within each of the relevant databases
Skills
* Experience in a customer advisor environment
* Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at short notice
* Strong team player, committed to the objectives of the team
