Nursery Room Leader
Location: Biggin Hill, Surrey
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About Us: I am currently working with a vibrant and nurturing nursery dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early experiences of our little learners. You'll lead a team of skilled practitioners, ensuring that our nursery provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of dedicated practitioners in providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
* Create a stimulating and safe environment that encourages children's learning and development.
* Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and families.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in a nursery setting.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* First Aid and Safeguarding training (desirable).
