We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to join our management team and take control of our service and parts operations in Maidstone. This is a demanding role and will require a great deal of organisation, strong communication and the ability to lead a team to achieve targets and to meet deadlines. Ideally you will have motorcycle industry background, however we will consider applicants from outside of the trade if they can demonstrate skills and experience in a vehicle workshop and parts environment.

Key areas will include,

• Manage the team to achieve the company objectives
• Control the diary, workshop loading and daily activity of the team
• To ensure that customer service levels are inline with the company policies
• Manage the parts stock and ordering of required stock levels
• To update and maintain the warranty systems of our manufacturers
• Oversee the invoicing and accounts functions of the department

This list is not exhaustive and there will be a need for flexibility as this is a fast growing department. You will receive a lot of support to help you settle into the role but there is a requirement to be self-sufficient and self-motivated as there will be a great deal of autonomy and responsibility. We would prefer to recieve applications from people with a motorcycle licence, a CBT as a minimum, with a full motorcycle licence beign a distinct advantage.
