Our client within Digital advertising and content marketing is currently seeking an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
* The Role: Customer Service Administrator
* The Location: West Malling
* Salary: £22,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm: Hybrid Work Setup.
Duties:
* General administration
* Providing advice and assisting with general enquiries
* Liaising with relevant data Providing a high level of customer service
* Providers for all search queries to ensure the smooth running of the search ordering process
The successful candidate:
* Organised
* Attention to detail
* A team player
* Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
* Great customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
