Finance Executive | Canterbury - Hybrid | £30k - £35k
A new exciting opportunity has become available for a leading business in their field in Canterbury. This company is in the process of moving to an in house finance function and are looking for someone with great experience to put their own stamp on the finance side of the business. You will be taking control of the payroll, invoicing and reporting for the business.
Responsibilities will include
• Preparing invoices and sending them to clients
• Ensuring payments are processing in a timely manner
• Account reconciliation
• Chasing clients for payment
• Tracking clients spending trends
• Monitoring the mailbox
• Preparing financial reports
• Forecasting
• Processing payroll with commission calculation
• Creating internal reports for the senior team
• Any other adhoc duties
Essential skills required
• AAT or working towards
• A high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel
• Great communication skills
