Are you looking to take the step up in your career to Finance Director level? My client, a hugely successful and exciting business are looking to appoint a talented Finance Director to join them in their head offices based in North Kent.
The business is currently operating a hybrid working policy with 4 x days in the office and 1 at home.
Duties will include -
Being a hands on finance leader, working closely with the finance team and reporting to the board
Offer commercial and strategic insight to guide the businesses plans for growth
Build meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders
Financial modelling analysis and forecasting
Be hands on into the detail for financial reporting and financial control
Take the lead on ERP system upgrade and implementation
Engage with external stakeholders such as auditors; banks and authorities to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will be -
A dynamic, driven individual
Have experience working in a multi-site business (essential)
Fully qualified (ACA; ACCA or CIMA) (essential)
Strategically minded with the ability to influence others positively and improve processes
Confident using and manipulating large data sets using the data to identify areas for improvement across the business
Be proactive in the use of new technology trends
Evaluate risk and scenario planning
Experienced in working for a large fast paced finance function
Able to drive change, lead and innovate
This role would suit candidates with experience in wholesale; e-commerce; retail; industries
