You will work for a leading organisation in the media and broadcasting sector. This organisation are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their busy team on a full-time and permanent basis. The ongoing increase in popularity and growth of the group has meant that there is a requirement for an additional resource in the finance team.
Your new role
* Produce and issue invoices and credit notes to customers.
* Record and allocate receipts in underlying accounting system.
* Follow prescribed procedures to ensure that balances are collected when due.
* Constant Liaison with legal and various commercial departments.
* Assist with updating and maintenance of revenue contracts database.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* Prior experience in accounts receivable (preferable)
* Good excel and word skills (essential)
* Good communication skills
