Your new company
You will work for a leading charity based in Dover, Kent. The FP&A Manager role will maintain accurate and appropriate finance records which are required for the contracts or grants through which work is funded. This is a contract position, lasting until around September 2024.
Your new role
* Support key financial processes including monthly segment performance reporting and bottom-up forecasting, ensuring reporting and forecasting timelines and requirements are met.
* Ownership of month-end processes for central overhead cost centres.
* Assist with the review and feedback of overhead reporting to help with the continuous improvement of the quality of reporting, variance, and trend analysis.
* Assist with the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reports, analysis and commentary on changes in volumes, trends, and contracts.
* Responsible for the construction and implementation of financial costing models, such as grants, bids, and contract tendors.
* Advise the Senior Management Team on the financial viability and risk on entering new contracts, to ensure that all considerations are made.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* Part qualified or qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
* Demonstratable experience in all Microsoft packages
* Strong experience working effectively with non-finance stakeholders and constructively challenge and influence performance.
What you\'ll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of circa £42,000 per annum. This role is also hybrid working.
