Our client is looking for an experienced coach from Financial Service/Call Centre environment to contribute to the department's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and delivering workshops.
* Providing consistent feedback.
* Generating reports on metrics, trends, and outcomes.
* Analysing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
* Implementing feedback mechanisms.
* Coaching on policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential qualifications:

* Extensive Coaching experience.
* Financial Services background.
