Your new role
You will be joining a busy, collaborative finance team of 8, reporting into the Financial Controller. This is a varied, fast-paced role that will help you gain exposure and enhance your skillset. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Processing purchase invoices for multiple subsidiaries.
* Processing bank transactions and payments for multiple subsidiaries
* Issuing cashflows for multiple subsidiaries.
* Assisting with credit control: review, post, issue invoices/statements and chasing debt.
* Update/Issue debtor's reports for Singapore, US, Spain and UK.
* Reconcile monthly uplift accounts for Singapore, US, Spain, UK and India.
* Assist with Monthly reconciliation of intercompany GL accounts/debtors/creditors.
* Assist with Month end tasks across multiple subsidiaries.
* Assist with Audit requests across multiple subsidiaries.
* Assist in Tax reporting across multiple subsidiaries.
* Ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance team and Financial Controller
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be AAT qualified or early stage ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. You\'ll bring experience as an Accounts Assistant in a fast-paced role. You\'ll need strong Excel (this will be assessed) including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and SUMIF. You will be bright, hard-working and ambitious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
What you\'ll get in return
You will receive a salary of £29,000 depending on experience. There is a study support package available, employer pension contribution and 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The HR are also reviewing their policies currently, with more to follow in the new year including discounted gym membership. You will be working on a hybrid pattern, with 2 days from home per week.
