Your new role
This is a varied and busy administrative support role - you\'ll need to be available to work 26 hours across the course of the week - there is considerable flexibility on when this is. You\'ll support the senior management there with things such as sending information to clients and the public, invoicing for various services and costs, using templates to provide private companies as well as individuals information and agreements as required.
You\'ll produce things such as written agreements, be responsible for the filing system, produce plans for agreements and projects that are underway and generally provide a robust administrative support function for the wider team.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Strong administrative experience and good attention to detail. You\'ll need to be able to work autonomously when required.
You will need to be available to work 26 hours a week. There is flexibility in how this falls across the week as well as flexibility on start and finish times. A small amount of hybrid work may be available, but you will mostly need to be prepared to work in the office.
You will need to drive and have access to your own car for this role. The location is beautiful, but you\'ll need your own transport to get there.
