Sales Support Administrator
Do you have experience within an office environment?
Are you adept in building and maintaining relationships?
£26,000 to £28,000 plus holiday, pension, team lunches and much more!
Permanent, Office based
Chessington, with onsite parking
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start date: ASAP!
Overview:
A new, exciting opportunity to join a well-established business as their sales support administrator. You will be an integral part of the sales team responsible for providing excellent customer service, liaising with internal/external teams, processing orders and much more!
Daily duties include:
* Manage the order process for the dropship customers via the online portal and back office system
* Create and upload daily stock availability reports
* Be the first point of contact for customers in relation to orders, deliveries and queries
* Communicate with our customers and end consumers when required
* Update customer portals
* Work with other members of the sales team enabling you to assist in covering
* Develop good product knowledge
* Liaise with other internal, external staff and subcontracted Warehouse / Carriers to ensure on time deliveries
* Liaise with Accounts Department, Credit Control, Sales Managers, and customers to ensure invoiced payments are up to-date
* Any other ad hoc duties when required
Required:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Proficient IT skills
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Good attention to detail
