As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance explanations to support decision-making.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Month-End Closing: Oversee month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Financial Insights: Provide valuable insights to senior management by interpreting financial data and trends.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA ) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
