Job Title: Service Sales/Contract Renewal Executive
Location: Ashford, Kent
Hybrid: Yes, 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Salary: £25k - £30k + Performance bonus £5k, £1.250 paid quarterly
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Team: You'll be working as part of a sales team of 8
This company have grown by 12 employees over the past year, they have 45 employees across the UK and due to internal promotion, they're keen to recruit an additional Service/Contract Renewal Executive to join their team.

As the Service Sales/Contract Renewal Executive your duties and responsibilities would be to:
* Speaking to purely existing clients, such as Google, Data centres, Deutsche Bank to complete any contractual renewals, creating a quotation, finalising the contract and raising a PO number
* Winning new orders for Service products
* Accurately produce all quotations and offers
* Visit Customers / Sites and represent the company
* Search for and win new customers and clients outside of the current customer base via Linkedin, local websites
* Expand the service activity and client portfolio
* Extend existing and secure new multiyear, multisite maintenance care packages
* Ensure that all costs are foreseen and included on quotations using Word, Excel and their CRM System
* Provide detailed financial reports or commentaries when required by the business
* Champion the use of all company systems and drive better performance with better data
You'll need the following skills and experience to be ideal for this position:
* A background within Sales & Customer Service
* Experience/understanding of Maintenance/Service contracts
* A desire to learn, develop and attend meetings if you'd like to
