Multi Trade - Social Housing Maintenance
Mid Kent / Maidstone
Temp & Perm roles available
We're looking for genuine skilled Multi Trade operatives with experience in the maintenance of social housing properties.
* Covering a variety of property maintenance and repair activities across the Maidstone / Mid Kent area
* Capably diagnosing faults to determine required repair works
* Carrying out maintenance and repair work to a high standard and in a timely fashion
* Works will include plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and painting
Key requirements:
* NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in a core trade, ideally Plumbing or Carpentry or proven time served experience
* High level of skill across other supporting internal maintenance trades - painting, plastering, tiling, minor electrical etc
* Experience in carrying out maintenance to social housing residences.
* Full UK driving licence and tools
* Friendly, dependable and professional character at all times
