Handyperson / Maintenance Assistant
Ashford / East Kent
£13 - 15 per hour
We're looking for semi-skilled, handy people for property maintenance work in the East Kent area.
* Visiting occupied and void social housing properties to complete small repairs and maintenance work
* Supporting skilled trades and carrying out basic level repairs as necessary.
* Ensuring work is to a high standard
What you need:
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Proven ability to complete a variety of property repair and maintenance tasks - painting, tiling, plumbing etc
* Experience working in social housing is preferred
* Friendly, dependable and professional character at all times.
