Plumber - Social Housing
North Kent / Dartford
Perm & Temp roles available
We're looking for qualified Plumbers with experience in of the maintenance of social housing properties.
* Covering busy housing stock across North Kent / Dartford areas attending to all kinds of domestic plumbing faults and breakdowns
* Diagnosing faults and issues and tracing leaks.
* Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs to a high standard and in a timely fashion - fixing leaks, pipes, taps, repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings
Key requirements:
* NVQ level 2 / City & Guilds Plumbing as a minimum
* Experience working in settings working in occupied or void properties
* High level of competency in all areas of plumbing repair and maintenance
* Full UK driving licence and own tools
* Friendly, dependable and professional character at all times
