Sales Ledger Clerk | East Kent | £22-27K
A well-established business based in East Kent, has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team. This is a friendly, collaborative finance team and they are looking for someone like minded who is a real team player and happy to roll their sleeves up and help where needed. This role is full-time and fully office based.
Reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager, your role will be to provide financial support with a variety of accounting tasks. You will be a fundamental team player, with a logical approach to work with a keen attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities
• Sales invoices and transactions are recorded promptly and accurately
• Collect funds within agreed timescales
• Maintaining good working relationships
• Process credit/debit adjustments
• Monitor the invoice reports
What you will need
• 2-3 years working in a sales ledger/credit control role
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Used to working in a busy, fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Great time management
