Open both sites located at South Darenth from 7.30/8am.
Daily site walks following H&S/Facilities checklist, raising, fixing, moving, or clearing any issues or hazards.
Shifting and assembling office furniture and equipment.
Monitoring and recording the tap water temperature on all 3 sites following legionella procedures.
Keeping car park areas clear of rubbish, debris and leaves.
Applying salt in car park areas during bad weather.
Assist and mop up areas after a flood/leak.
General maintenance including the changing of batteries ie smoke alarms, lightbulbs, fuses in plugs, amending wall clocks, fixing broken items, refilling hand sanitizer wall units, touching up small paint areas, fixing pictures, notice boards, attaching white boards to walls.
Assist with the weekly Fire Alarm testing and monthly Emergency Lighting testing and record in log-book provided.
Ladders, steps and trolley checks in the Warehouse. Full Training to be given.
Notify the Facilities Team if a specialist contractor is required to attend site.
Assisting the Facilities Team with contractors on site and showing them where to go.
Assist with the delivery of larger packages delivered.
Assist staff with any ad-hoc collections and maintenance jobs
Occasionally travelling to either sites for urgent parcels to be delivered/couriered.
Own car required
