Are you ready to take on a role that transcends traditional accounting? We`re looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join a progressive team based in Medway, Kent. This is a chance to influence strategic decision-making and drive significant change projects.

Role Objective 
Lead othe business partnering team to enhance staff engagement and strengthen financial monitoring and planning across the organisation. Focus on improving the accuracy of monthly management accounts and support the Leadership team and managers with essential management information for informed decision-making, robust financial control, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboratively work with cross fucntional teams.
- Develop MI suite for management teams.
- Present to business unit managers on forecasts and budgets.
- Challange business asumtpions.
- Analyse cost base and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful, authoritative financial advice.
- Identify and seize opportunities to improve business processes.
