We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Administration Assistant. You will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries via phone and email, welcoming and greeting guests, keeping the in house CRM System up to date, and sending letters when required. You will also offer administrative support across the organisation.
Salary is £24,000 per annum and hours are 830am to 530pm Monday to Friday. Please note, you will need your own transport due to the location of the company - no public transport serves the village.

Duties:
* Greet and welcome visitors and/or clients as soon as they arrive at the office
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person, ensuring all are correctly signed in and out
* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
* Ensure reception area and all meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing and any other administrative duties as may be requested by the Directors
* Carry out routine housekeeping on own PC
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Pleasant personality
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Confidentiality
* Good telephone skills
* Sound administrative skills
* Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
* Good time management and organisation skills
* An understanding of computers and Microsoft Office packages
