Events Marketing Executive
Hours: Full time (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm)
Location: Hawkwell Barn, Maidstone Road, Pembury, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 4AG, UK
Salary: Based on experience
Holiday: 20 days per annum (increasing to 25 days over 5 years). Plus bank holidays and Christmas closing

Job Description:
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, proactive, a natural forward planner who can make decisions and use their own initiative, as well as having excellent attention to detail.
The candidate will work as an integral part of a team to ensure the successful running of events, the role involves multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
Working within the Marketing Department, this important role helps to co-ordinate key elements of the event management process, including:
• Liaise with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers, delegates, sponsors and external clients to support the production and execution of campaign briefs, managing workstreams,developing and delivering content plans and actions.
• Executing email marketing campaigns (set up, copy writing and data work).
• Updating & managing website content.
• Working with project management software to keep track of all tasks and ensure deadlines are met (experience of Wrike or similar is desirable).
• Assist with the management of speakers, including gathering speaker information and dealing with questions.
• Working with our external designers to produce content for various marketing materials to engage with target audiences – including proof-reading.
• Creating simple graphics for use on websites, email campaigns and to be shared with partners and sponsors ensuring the brand is consistent (experience using Canva or similar).
• Providing regular input into social media activity (experience with paid for advertising is desirable).
• Supporting the management and development of Revolution’s delegate database.
• Managing delegate registration systems (registration form set up, data and reports).
• Creating & analysing online delegate surveys.
• Various administrative duties that are deemed necessary to support the team.
• Attending events as part of Revolution's on-site management team where required.
Essential Skills:
• Organised and methodical approach
• Strong inter-personal skills & clear telephone manner
• Good level of IT-literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams)
• Friendly 'can do' attitude
