Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting our exclusive client based on the outskirts of Paddock Wood, who is actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for an ongoing temporary position. The ideal Accounts Assistant would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
Accounts Assistant Duties:
*Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices
*Matching, batching, and coding purchase ledger invoices
*Reconcile customer's accounts and allocate incoming payments
*Updating customer accounts
*Photocopy and file all account's information
*Upload invoices to customer accounts
If you are an Accounts Assistant, able to start with limited notice, can commit to an office-based role, and are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar Accounts Assistant role then please apply.
