Our client is seeking a Banking Administrator to join their welcoming and supportive team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
* Processing, reviewing, and modifying reports.
* Identifying and addressing customer needs and inquiries.
* Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
Candidate Qualities:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Self-motivation
* Computer literacy - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
