Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting our Tunbridge Wells construction client who is currently looking for an ongoing Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary assignment. This role could potentially lead to a permanent position.
The ideal Purchase ledger clerk would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
The Purchase Ledger Clerk duties:
• Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
• Post ledger invoice on to the in house system
• Checking purchase orders against good received notes
• Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
• Allocating invoices on to the system
• Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
• Prepare payment runs
If you are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar purchase ledger role, can commit to 17 hours per week, have access to your own vehicle, due to our client's location , and are available immediately for an ongoing contract then please apply!
