Reed Accountancy & Finance are working with a reputable company in Paddock Wood who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to help with increased workload.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
*Creating sales invoices from customer orders and ensuring they are correct
*Verifying invoices against despatch notes and confirming goods have been delivered
*Recording payments to the ledger and matching them with remittance advices
*Reconciling customer accounts and following up on outstanding debt
*Supporting with purchase ledger tasks Issuing credit notes when needed
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role, you will need to have:
*Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
