We are looking for an Application Training Executive to join our team and support our employees across our operating regions.
You will:
o Work with the Application Support Manager to design, deliver and manage a comprehensive, customer focused training and support programme;
o Design and prepare the learning environment, including course materials such as handouts, manuals and exercises, in support of the learning process, using simple, non-technical language;
o Deliver initial systems training for new users as defined by an agreed assessment for all new positions within Demelza;
o Regularly evaluate and seek feedback on training being delivered, to ensure its effectiveness;
o Have experience of designing, delivering and managing the development of group and individual digital literacy skills;
o Need excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
