HR Advisor needed for a role located in Sevenoaks, Kent on a 12-18month FTC. Busy, friendly environment where no two days are the same. Hybrid working and flexible hours available. My client is open to someone on either a full time or part time basis. Due to the remote location of this role and lack of public transport it is suggested that you are a driver.

As the HR Advisor you will play a crucial role within the business acting as a key point of contact for employees and management by providing a comprehensive generalist HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances as required
- Provide advice and guidance to employees, team leaders and managers on a wide range of HR issues
- Ensure that recruitment, selection, induction and probation requirements are adhered to by tracking and supporting recruitment, new starters and on-boarding requirements
- Working closely with the HR Manager to support the implementation of key HR metrics
- Support and assist the HR Administrator where required
- Support on key projects and achieving the HR strategy, specifically in relation to learning and development, engagement and retention

Who we are looking for:

- Must have, or be working towards CIPD qualification
- Comfortable identifying and raising issues
- Empathetic and resilient, not derailed by a setback
- Sense of urgency and good worth ethic
- Good team player, flexible and able to work to own initiative
- Comfortable and competent with MS Office
- Due to the remote location of this role and lack of public transport it is suggested that you are a driver
