HR Administrator (Recruitment Focus) - Remote Position

Candidate MUST resides in Folkestone, Dover, Ashford, Canterbury, or Surrounding Areas

Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation dedicated to the service that they provide across Kent, They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to excel in their roles. Currently, They are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct initial screening to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
• Actively engage in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on recruitment.
• Maths and English GCSE (C grade or above)
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with HR software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software platforms.
• HR-related certification or degree or working towards is an advantage.
