Account Manager (Promotional/Merchandise Goods)
£30-35k
Hybrid - 2/3 days in-office

Our client are a well-established printing company that specialise in improving companies communications operations. Their solutions allow their clients to produce, store and deliver their printed or digital collateral anywhere in the world. The services they offer cover various areas, including:
* Print and Digital Management
* Logistics and Fulfilment
* IT
* Branded Merchandise

They are currently looking to implement a new function to their business and would like to expand their organisation with a team of Account Managers. The Account Managers function will be to work almost as an extension to a clients own team and will be responsible for managing the marketing material and merchandise for large corporate events and campaigns.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with clients via phone and email.
* Responding to questions/queries and any issues in good time and acting with pace.
* Organisation of materials needed.
* Managing a project end-to-end
* Pre planning requirements for a calendar of events
* Co-ordinating activities with other departments
* Preparing client presentations

The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous Account Management experience
* Have experience in dealing with Promotional / Merchandise goods
* Possess fantastic organisational skills
* Be confident with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
* Be a good problem-solver with the ability to act with pace and think on their feet and find solutions
* Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ability to manage demands from multiple workstreams and stakeholders, prioritising what is most important
* Attention to detail
* Print / media knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
* Knowledge of shipping promotional/merchandise good overseas is advantageous but not essential
